1st class service, product quality, packaging and presentation

Delivered on schedule, as I requested. Large external DB matte-black, carboard case with an internal mount is impressive and professionally executed.

Below expectations

While the flowers smelled great, around 5 of the 12 roses we got were already dried up. I've always been a fan of Designer Blooms but it was not one of the best I got from the store. It's really unfortunate.
